First I would be easier on the body if you make a mistake it will make easier to recover.its like a new car it will take less damage to the cars frame.That will give you time to learn your form.
Second of all it will be easier to learn a routine and implement it to your daily routine.
Last of all it would be mature muscle looks better than muscle that has been recently grown.
This why I would start has teen.the choice is upto you what you do.
