Whey protein concentrate is the most basic type of protein powder available today.This sort is cheap and easy to find.It could be found in any store.It is a great starting point for beginners and a big advantage it is cheap.Some people can not adjust to the protein and it makes them feel gassy and bloated.I do not recommend to use it at night before going to sleep.I would use it has prework out,post work out and has a snack.
