What is prework out?
Prework out is a supplement that is used when you have a lack of energy.It slowly releases energy so you can get a short burst of energy every so often.

How to take prework out?
Some people like to take it has a drink. So they would be easier to get down the throat.Another method is to take a scoop and put in your mouth then quickly drink some water to wash it down with the second method you will have not have to remember to drink it.

When would I consume it?
I would consume it on days where I feel like I have the lack of energy to walk out.By having it everyday your body does not feel the affect of supplement.
