progress checking is really important.It is really important because without it you would not know if it is not paying off or if it has payed off.It has to be done regularly so you know if you have made progress or not.here is a example.please note i do not earn this picture.

how do you check your progress?
you check your progress by taking pictures and has well of taking measuresment of your: tricep,bicep.chest,waist,calfs,hamstrings then you put it in to a online fat calcultor so you can workout how much fat you have on you.


so what do i do?
i take pictures every so often. my every so often is every month.for the measurement i take them every  two monthes.
