Fasting is a known thing for Muslim and Jews.But over time people have done research on fasting on to work that it helps with Weight lost.therefore I will be giving you some tips on fasting.
Tip#1
Drink plenty of water so you do not dehydrate.
Tip#2
Try to eat less then you normally do.
Tip#3
Have things with lemon so you can get rid of body weight.
Tip#4
Have something light on the stomach.on the stomach so it finds it easier to digest.
Tip#5
Try to save energy where you can.like use Weights that is light.
Tip#6
I would say have power naps to keep energy levels high.
