second of all it will be your looks.while you will be getting old you will maintain a look that makes you look younger and feel better.This will because of you will be taking care of your genes which you have since you were born and will keep till you die.
lastly it will help you in life to come through any events and during the day it will help to keep time during the day.It will help with pain that hurts you.It is up to you whatever you want to do.
